Why Attend

Real Machines. Real Data. Real Conversations.

Autonomous turfcare is transforming course operations, labor planning, and long-term budgeting. This full-day Road Show gives you everything you need to get up to speed—from the technology behind autonomy to real-world field operation. Whether you're a superintendent, turf manager, distributor, or student, you’ll leave with a complete understanding of how autonomy is reshaping the industry and what it means for your course or clients.

01

Get Hands-On with AMP

Full-day deep dive into how autonomous turfcare works—technically, operationally, and financially.

02

Learn from the Leaders

Hear directly from the minds who designed it. Our FireFly sales team will walk you through autonomy, electric tech, and how to integrate AMP into your daily operations.

03

Win, Eat, and Connect!

Enjoy great food, win raffle prizes and swag—including a $7,200 grand prize (one free year of AMP subscription). Network with peers facing the same challenges you are.

04

Custom ROI Report

Our custom ROI reports show superintendents exactly how autonomy impacts their bottom line—revealing how many machines they can replace, how much labor they can reallocate, and how quickly AMP pays for itself on their specific course.

05

Hands-on Afternoon Field Training

Drive it, test it, ask questions. Learn daily operational workflows and best practices for integrating autonomy into maintenance routines.

06

Master the Technology Behind Autonomy

AM

Classroom Education

9:00 AM - 9:30 AM

Welcome & Registration

Check-in, networking breakfast, and welcome presentation.

9:30 AM - 10:00 AM

The Evolution of Autonomous Turfcare: Where the Industry Is Today

A high-level overview of how autonomy has moved from early line-of-sight robotics to today’s fully mapped, fairway operations. This session explains why golf courses are at the forefront of commercial outdoor automation, what major technology milestones made autonomy viable, and what superintendents can expect over the next 3–5 years as adoption accelerates.

10:30 AM - 11:00 AM

All-Electric Fairway Maintenance: Debunking the Myths, Proving the Science. ROI Reports for your course.

A clear look at the performance realities of today’s electric fairway equipment—including battery efficiency, torque delivery, runtime predictability, and the environmental and operational advantages of electrification. We’ll compare legacy combustion platforms with modern EV architectures and break down the data on energy savings, sound reduction, and maintenance cost avoidance.

11:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Operational Readiness: How to Prepare Your Facility for Robotics Integration

A practical guide for superintendents evaluating autonomy. We’ll outline what infrastructure (if any) is needed, how to assess fairway suitability, what a testing and validation period looks like, and how to prepare your team for the shift. We will also cover fleet planning, charging strategies, workflow changes, and the cultural side of bringing robotics into a traditional crew model.

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Lunch Break

Catered lunch and networking opportunity.

PM

Outdoor Hands-On Training

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

AMP-L100 Autonomous Mapping & QuickPlan Workflow

A step-by-step demonstration of mapping a real fairway using FireFly’s QuickPlan software. Attendees will learn how to define boundaries, set directional patterns, create turning behaviors, use auto-sectioning, and adjust coverage settings. We will also highlight the newest software upgrades and best practices to ensure clean stripes and efficient routing.

1:30 PM - 2:45 PM

Electric Powertrain Deep Dive: Batteries, Runtime, Terrain Load & Diagnostics

This module breaks down the engineering behind the AMP-L100’s electric drivetrain. Participants will learn how the mower manages load, slope, and turf resistance; how it extends runtime through smart power modulation; and how to access diagnostic logs, battery health data, and on-machine performance analytics. We’ll also walk through recommended charging workflows to maximize long-term battery lifespan.

2:45 PM - 3:30 PM

Maintenance With No Oil: Keeping an Autonomous Electric Mower Running at Peak Performance

An applied maintenance module covering the daily/weekly/monthly tasks unique to the AMP-L100. We’ll review blade care, belt and deck inspection, firmware updates, and the reduced mechanical maintenance compared to combustion platforms. Attendees will also learn how remote support works, including telematics, over-the-air updates, and when to contact FireFly for service escalation.

3:30 PM - 4:00 PM

Question and Answer

Outdoor Hands-on Session dwith Question and Answer.

1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
